Deweeded a portion of the shallow end of the lake to help create a suitable environment for shallow water migrant birds that are expected between Jan-Apr 2022.
Undertook deweeding at a small area at the shallow as per Dr.Subramanya’s advice. We found lot of birds in that area because of the clear shallow water area.
Yelahanka Puttenahalli Lake and Bird Conservation is registered under Indian Trust Act wide registration number BNG(U)YLNK/BKIV/13/2014 with an objective to work towards Development, Restoration, Maintenance and Promotion of Puttenahalli Lake at Yelahanka, Bangalore, North.
