Field trial on weed management was undertaken
Noticing that a major portion of our maintenance effort was going in deweeding the land in the lake premises, we looked for natural weed control options to help suppress the wild growth of existing tall weeds. Based on advice from field experts, we decided to try planting of friendly weeds like Centella asiatica and Erigeron belliloides in small patches and check their efficacy.
